As a member of the HR Solutions PMO Team, the HR Solutions Project Manager leads the successful delivery of complex HR systems and services projects with a strong focus on Workday, Payroll, HR Transformation and M&A transformation. The Project Manager leverages a well-defined M&A integration playbook along with a range of best practice project methodologies to deliver impactful, efficient and integrated solutions, ensuring these critical projects meet or exceed stakeholder expectations in time and on budget. The project manager indirectly manages teams of cross-functional subject matter experts and consulting resources.Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:
Project Management – Leading HRIS and M&A initiatives, setting success criteria, and ensuring project execution.
Strategic Thinking – Driving business impact, optimizing project delivery, and aligning with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Engaging with subject matter experts, sponsors, and key collaborators for project success.
Governance & Risk Management – Establishing frameworks, identifying risks, and facilitating solutions.
Agility & Innovation – Employing agile methodologies, Kaizen practices, and efficiency improvements.
Leadership & Team Development – Guiding project teams, fostering engagement, and ensuring role clarity.
Communication & Change Management – Facilitating workshops, managing business impact analysis, and ensuring adoption.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field OR equivalent experience and certification.
Three to five years of proven ability to deliver global projects with a focus on HR Technology and M&A HR integration.
Two to three years of experience specifically related to a full range of HR services, systems, and processes, including Performance Management, Compensation Planning/Administration, Talent Management, Payroll, and M&A.
Demonstrated ability to indirectly lead teams consisting of dedicated and non-dedicated IT, user, and vendor resources from a diverse group of backgrounds and locales.
Command of various project management methodologies and tools, including coordinated change management strategies and tools.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visio required.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Project and/or SmartSheet.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred.
Lean Six Sigma certification desired.
