About The Role 

Are you ready to lead impactful projects in a dynamic global environment? As the Senior Project Manager, EPPM, you’ll be managing medium to large-sized programs and projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivering tangible benefits. Reporting to the Manager, EPPM EMEA, you’ll be part of theGlobal Business Services Team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully initiate, plan, execute, and deliver medium and large sized projects

• Ensure project execution within established scope, schedule, resource, and quality requirements

• Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment, optimizing team performance on assigned tasks and deliverables

• Partner with stakeholders to define project governance, goals, scope, and objectives

• Define and organize project work, required documents and results for validation and compliance, including meeting cadence, scorecards, RAID log, etc. 

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

• Deliver projectstatus reporting and communications

• Orchestrate the multitude of project activities, processes, and stakeholders

• Monitor project budgets

• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed

• Mentor less experienced PMs and project team members on project management best practices

About you

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 5 years’ formal project management experience, preferably in a global, matrixed company

• Proven experience in driving medium to large-sized projects from initiation through closure, especially in Supply chain, Commercial, Digital Transformation and Business Process Transformation

• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Scrum) and processes

• Working knowledge of organizational change management best practices

• Demonstrate effective communication, presentation and influencing skills

• Advanced leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills

• Understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

• Proven capability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner

• Professional project management certificationrequired (PMP, Agile, Prince2, etc.). Experience in SAFE framework is a plus.

• Proven experience using project management tools and software (i.e. Microsoft Project, Office 365)
