The essential functions of the Maintenance Manager position include but are not limited to:

• Directs the group to achieve the overall objectives of the Plant.

• Ongoing Total Productive Maintenance improvement and implementation.

• Ongoing scheduling of PM activities and accurate documentation of PM activities.

• Ongoing improvement in accuracy of maintenance related bill of materials.

• Development and coordination with operations on Cleaning Inspection Lubrication and Tightening documents.

• Creation of PM standard work documents and or training videos

• Ongoing reduction in PM downtime through SMED techniques, off line PM techniques.

• Ongoing reduction in PM frequency through review of equipment life and equipment design enhancements.

• Engagement in preventative maintenance of new manufacturing processes and equipment to meet Plant objectives.

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate members of Preventative Maintenance staff.

• Involvement in quality activities as needed to achieve objectives of the Plant.

Education and Experience:

• B.S. Degree is required. A two-year technical degree is also preferred.

• Positionrequires a minimum of five years’ experience in the engineering or technical maintenance field. Experience in preventative maintenance for production equipment preferred.

• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.​​
