In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead our efforts to expand market presence, drive sales growth, and bring innovative solutions to healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to achieve sales targets for the interventional portfolio in Vietnam.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption.
- Engage with Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs including hospital team, distributors, internal stakeholders
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing Leader and marketing teams, to align strategies, get insights to maximize the profits and minimize loss, and ensure effective execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, preferable Medical-Pharmaceutical related, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management or sale management, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Be able to reach out and influence Key Decision Makers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product adoption in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment in Vietnam.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel across North region, and across country
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with intervention medical devices.
- Willing to travel to Hanoi and other part across Vietnam when needed.
