Job Summary

  • Processing of customer orders for hospital/clinical settings (cutting)

  • Processing of all documents in SAP system related to production process (cutting)

  • Ensuring compliance with established procedures at each stage of processing

  • Ensure the correctness of information on documentation provided to customers

  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks within assigned area

  • Monitor quality and quantity of products produced by assigned staff

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in work areas

  • Other duties as required


Responsibilities

  • Perform various operations to produce medical devices according to specifications

  • Use computerized systems to program machinery and control manufacturing processes

  • Operate basic equipment and machines, such as injection molding, thermoformers, and extruders

  • Prepare product samples for testing

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on products and materials

  • Pack and label finished products

  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas

  • Train new employees and provide guidance to trainees

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance


Qualifications

  • Language: English.

  • Basic knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and techniques

  • Experience operating basic plastic fabricating equipment and machines

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions throughout the day

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping

  • High school diploma or equivalent
