Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

1.Ensure the integrity of the Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management systems process, content and delivery is maintained.Serve as Local LPC.

2.Maintain required training record retention systems.

3.Partner with Training Development Leaders, Training Specialists, Shift Production Leaders, and other training staff to ensure training items and curriculum are accurately reflected in C2C as necessary to meet business needs.

4.Support, design, and deliver training programs to meet the organizational learning needs in C2C.

5.Support effective C2C learning system design, improvement, and maintenance.

6.Support processes to ensure training effectiveness and improvement.

7.Establish and maintain records of training to meet regulatory and company standards.

8.Support Training Development Leader to meet auditing requirements.

9.Coordinate and participate in the delivery of New Hire Orientation.

10.Work flexible hours to support training needs on all shifts as necessary. 

11.Take initiative to balance priorities and workload without continuous/direct supervision. 

12.Maintain training records and documentation systems to comply with regulatory, quality system and company standards.

13.Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

14. Ability to read, write and speak Spanish preferred.

Minimum Education:

This position has the following educational requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED - required

• Associates Degree - preferred (business or instructional field of study)

Minimum Experience:

• Two years’ work experience in quality or manufacturing training systems.

• +1 year(s) of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities (KSA’s): 

• Microsoft Office Suite - proficient/working

• Oral & written communication skills - proficient/working

• Knowledge of BDM, PS Columbus quality system - proficient/working

• Knowledge of BDM, PS Columbus manufacturing processes - proficient/working

• Manufacturing training design and instruction - proficient/working

• Record systems management - basic or simple

• Organizational Skills / Handling multiple priorities & deadlines - proficient/working
