This position is responsible for directing the activities related to the execution of labeling projects within the labeling group for the Urology and Critical Care Business Unit. The position will be required to interface with all project stakeholders at UCC, including stakeholders at multiple sites (e.g., regulatory affairs, quality assurance, labeling, manufacturing, sourcing, etc.), to develop the appropriate timelines and ensure the assembled teams can successfully execute the assigned projects. Knowledge of MasterControl, MS Project, EUMDR and FDA Labeling Requirements, and GS1 barcode requirements for Medical Devices including Unique Device Identification (UDI) requirements a plus.Job Description

Responsible for leading labeling projects for the Urology and Critical Care (UCC) Business Unit. Coordinates with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure timely and compliant execution of labeling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage labeling projects from initiation through implementation at manufacturing sites
Establish labeling requirements for new and updated products
Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
Create and track project budgets in partnership with Finance
Support protocol development and product evaluations for design changes
Ensure regulatory compliance of all labeling materials
Facilitate cross-functional communication throughout project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Project management experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to travel as needed for project execution
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in engineering
Experience with MasterControl document management system
Knowledge of EUMDR, FDA labeling requirements, GS1 standards, and UDI requirements
Proficiency in MS Project for schedule management
Medical device industry experience
