About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Tender & Contract officer to join our Benelux Tender & Pricing team at Becton Dickinson. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales organization as the administrative coordinator for BD tenders. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing tasks related to advanced offers, contributing to a dynamic and varied function that requires a detailed and team-oriented mindset.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Be the administrative coordinator of a tender dossier in close collaboration with the account managers of the different BD business units.
- Act as a strategic partner to our business collaborators engaging in strategic and commercial dialogues concerning the tender.
- Do specific reporting and share lessons learned.
- Collect all information and capture data from relevant stakeholders while assuring a timely submission of tender files to meet the required deadlines.
- Pricing and contract management: General management of advanced offers and renewals.
- Build a solid understanding of the products for different BD Units and customer structures for the Benelux.
- Follow-up on existing price-agreements for specific dossiers.
- Handling price lists.
About you
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Creative, with a hands-on and proactive attitude.
- Pro-active approach who can work independently and accurately.
- Good communication and influential skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Dutch, English, and French.
- Experience in the use of MS Office applications, good usage of Excel.
