Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst is a critical member of the team, supporting two different business units within the Nordic region. This role focuses on transforming internal and external data into valuable insights that inform strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and pricing initiatives. You will work closely with a wide range of internal partners to provide financial analysis, performance reviews, and pricing strategies. In addition, you will ensure compliance with distributor and wholesaler contracts, while coordinating their commercial activities with internal teams. You will be based in Denmark, Norway, Finland, or Sweden, with a preference for someone located near to one of our offices.Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide regular performance analysis, including critical metrics and sales data for the Nordic region.
- Conduct profitability analysis for different products and segments on an ad hoc basis.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with tender management and analytics.
- Collaborate with the Nordic leadership to analyse forecasts and budget trends.
- Facilitate quarterly reviews and strategic planning sessions to guide decision-making.
- Ensure contract compliance with distributors and wholesalers, resolving any disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate pricing information in CRM and ERP systems, coordinating across business units.
- Generate competitive intelligence reports and identify market opportunities.
About you:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a first experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems, Office Pack (especially Excel) and knowledge of BI tools.
- Fluent in a Nordic language and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a matrix organisation, adapting to changing business environments.
- Experience in tender management is desired, but not a must.
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus, along with marketing analytics expertise.
