As a Nordic Price & Contract Analyst, you will join our dynamic Contract Excellence team and be responsible for the process of examining and tracking financial information within a contract, as well as supporting your colleagues in the Contract Excellence team when needed. This is a new role with great possibility to develop your own routines based on the departments identified needs. Main responsibilities will include:
- Analyse actual monthly sales vs. contract obligations
- Develop and use appropriate processes to track price increases and their impact on revenue
- Build sales statistic reports based on customer contractual terms and request
- Communicate and cooperate with sales and account managers in all Nordic countries
- Continuously work with improving processes and optimizing the use of tools for contract analysis
- Upload/activate pricing in ERP systems (SAP and AS400) based on business requests and tender contract award information
May perform other duties as required
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
- Good knowledge of Nordic public procurement processes
- Proven good business knowledge with at least 2 years’ experience from a similar role is considered a plus
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- IT knowledge: Highly proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications and experience with Power BI, SAP and Salesforce.com is considered a plus
