Job Description Summary

The Product Manager Pharmacy Automation Retail France will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, segmentation and targeting for all customer segments BD operates in the pharmacy automation retail space.

The role works in close alignment with the sales teams, product management, regional marketing and drives strategic country partnerships and KOL programs to get continuous feedback on the market.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new strategic partners, collaborate with existing ones, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct market evaluations, define the go-to-market strategy for the Rowa product portfolio, and segment the target addressable market.

  • Develop and expand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and drive customer programs aligned with regional marketing strategy.

  • Support and train sales teams by providing competitive intelligence, value propositions, and evidence-based sales materials.

  • Regularly evaluate customer feedback (NPS, VOC, etc.) and market trends to inform business decisions.

  • Contribute to financial budgeting and forecasting for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Support regional omnichannel campaigns, lead local campaigns, and participate in trade show planning and execution.

  • Engage in funnel management, analyze KPIs, and prepare local reports to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the MedTech industry.

  • Retail & Technology Sector Knowledge: Understanding of the retail segment, including pharmacies, technology, luxury, or e-commerce industries.

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to develop data-driven strategies and manage projects effectively.

  • CRM & Analytics Expertise: Proficient in CRM tools and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Power BI.

  • Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in French and English, with experience working in matrix organizations.
