The role of Human Resource Partner will be reporting to the Sr. Director HR, North America, covering matters related to annual HR process support, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, recruitment and talent development for the organization. The incumbent will provide support to managers and US Region HR team.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruiting: Work with hiring managers on recruitment activities,
Performance Management: help support managers and leaders with performance management process
Compensation & Benefits: understand and navigate appropriate process to support inquiries, job changes and analysis in keeping with our North America Total Rewards programs
Training & Development: Coordinate learning program registrations
Record Keeping: Maintain and prepare employee agreements
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations; advise management on their impact on organizational practices.
Onboarding: providing initial support and connection to new managers
builds leadership support for BD I&D initiatives, embed them into the business in the region strategy and monitor execution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
Strong analytical, process, systems thinking
