Job Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director of ERP Systems, the technical team member will be responsible for developing and customizing ERP systems and related platforms, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This role involves implementing the systems strategy, managing technology architecture, maintaining global templates and standards, and executing global programs. The candidate will collaborate with business partners to identify and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions for BDI applications, ensuring overall system health and management, including SLA attainment.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives, providing consistent and effective communication on status, managing escalations, and mitigating risks.
- Oversee all phases of full life-cycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and support.
- Foster productive relationships and strategic alignment with business partner teams across the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to ensure optimal operation and compliance with standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the BDI ERP systems and related applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of new technologies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, system performance, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of experience in leading technology teams, a strong understanding of both technology and functional processes, and a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible roles within the technology function.
- Strong technical and functional experience across Finance, Distribution, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Strong technical experience in JD Edwards and related applications
- Ability to blend process excellence with a solution-oriented approach to solve business problems.
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical challenges in a simplified manner.
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership in applications, including identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
- Highly collaborative work style, effectively working across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams and service providers, including remote management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. priorities with competing demands for resources.
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management, or a related field.
