We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend. This role requires a deep understanding of the cross-functional implications of system changes and their impact on user experience.

This role provides flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday Implementation and Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions, focusing on Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.
• Security Management: Lead all aspects of the configuration and management of Workday security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Custom Solutions: Develop and implement custom solutions using Workday Extend to meet unique business needs.
• User Experience: Analyze and improve the user experience by understanding the impact of system changes on different user groups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices. Proactively find opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving Workday processes and outcomes. Monitor key metrics and report on the effectiveness of the Workday initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Architect or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.
• Solid understanding of cross-functional implications of system changes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Security, Extend and Prism highly desired
