Job Summary
- Carry out daily sales operation, provide customer service and perform administrative work to Sales & Marketing team.
- Carry out daily reception duties, duties include but are not limited to greeting visitors and guests, answering internal and external calls, handling enquiries at reception and by phone, and providing logistics support to meetings.
Business Administrative: (80%)
- Act as contact point of Sales & Marketing team with internal staff & external customers
- Responsible for support all business segment’s general sales administration and marketing service support
- Assist business leaders to organize marketing events, marketing event application, promotion program, conference and/or exhibition, agreement renewal.
- Manage, custody BD promotion materials, such as catalog, gimmicks, and literature
- As a gatekeeper of compliance to BD corporate policy of all promotion materials, BD image presentation in any events/circumstance
- Handle routine business communication letter/scripts.
- Prepare price quotation to customers
- Well maintain customers database and sales relevant reports
- Manage In-Market Sales data and upload to system
- Handle goods delivery logistics and samples management
- Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned
Office Assistant(20%)
- Reception duties
- General office administration duties
- Control and purchase of office supplies eg stationery, cafeteria etc
- Handle office equipment repair and maintenance
- Mails and couriers handling
- Perform vendor evaluation, service contract renewal, issue contractor PO & process non-stock purchase
- Handle air tickets / hotels arrangement
- Verify and validate all vendor’s invoices before processing payment
- Organize company meeting, events & activities
- Undertake administrative & clerical as assigned
- Keep office clean and tidy
- Co-work with Taiwan IT and outsource IT vendor, HCL
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: High School or above
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Polite and good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Cheerful personality, well-organized, self-initiative
- Proactive work ethics and ability to work under tight timeliness and pressure
