Job Description Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the business strategy and direct site technical and scientific activities related to combination product development services. You will lead all aspects of site operations for combination product testing, ensuring that customer projects are performed efficiently, in compliance with requirements, and with a positive customer experience. You will manage the site budget, make appropriate investments, and lead the site staff responsible for service delivery. You will serve as a primary contact for pharmaceutical customers and a main point of contact for site visits and audits by customers or regulatory authorities. This is a hybrid position, with a focus on onsite presence but also offering the flexibility to work from home, emphasizing a strong work-life balance.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Manages, develops, and drives the staff ensuring flawless execution of projects and encouraging a collaborative environment
• Responsible for site maintenance, operating requirements, investments, and capabilities development
• Serves as a combination products expert and builds strong working relationships with customers, educates and provides customer consultation on technical aspects
• Develops and consolidates laboratory services for combination drug product evaluations, including analytical, mechanical, and fill-and-finish activities.
• Oversee analytical studies on combination products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery and implementation of new service activities aligned with regulatory requirements and strategic roadmap
• Support the definition, development, and implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery and resolve technical queries efficiently.
• Consolidate client project data and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, blockers, and upcoming projects.

About you:

• Hold a degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Education, or a related field; PhD or Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience working within a cGMP environment and interacting with regulatory agencies and participating in or managing inspections
• Have extensive experience in technical project coordination, product development, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience in combination product development is highly desirable, with a background in formulation science considered a plus
• Leadership experience is desired, with an ability to guide teams and drive project success.
• Display remarkable problem-solving skills with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
• Succeed in multicultural, collaborative environments, prioritizing client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration in international settings.
