As an Operation Strategy Integrator - Biologics, your day will be filled with dynamic challenges and opportunities to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and coordination to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution. From developing capacity plans and sourcing strategies to driving process improvements and new product integrations, your impact will be felt throughout the biologics platform. This senior role is located in our global headquarter in Grenoble- Pont de Claix and requires travel up to 50%.

To replace an internal promotion in our Integrated Supply Chain Strategy Execution department, we seek a strategic thinker with expertise in project management, operations, and lean manufacturing to lead new product integration and capacity planning!

Your main responsibilities:

• Represent Integrated Supply Chain ISC strategy on the Platform segment leadership team, aligning strategies and driving performance
• Own the execution of ISC strategy roadmaps, coordinating with execution teams and mitigating challenges
• Facilitate business and plant teams in developing 3-year plans and ensuring budget alignment
• Align ISC strategies with the worldwide platform teams, supply chain organization, and regional management in assessing capacity needs, developing capacity, sourcing, and supply plans and in developing manufacturing capacity strategies in line with network strategy
• Lead the operation strategy for the new product integration and scale–up with a strong communication pathway with plant managers, GIE, R&D and others to develop operations plans for production startup including the selection of equipment and method
• Ensure the achievement of annual targets through effective coordination
• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders (across quality, R&D , regulatory , customer team and others) and external partners to drive results 

Preferred profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, MBA desirable.
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience / leadership experience in plant minimum 3-5 years.
• Operational excellence, quality, and finance advanced knowledge. Advanced in ERPs and production systems environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Project management and operations management with solid understanding in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (GB/BB certification preferred).
• Communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Ability to influence without authority
• Leadership and Strategic thinking
• Working with highly matrixes organization / Organizational savvy
• Fluent English
