About the role

• Coordination and monitoring of marketing/sales activities according to the marketing plan and market needs including the launch of new IDS products & solutions for CEE markets.

• Preparation of key market & sales data overviews: creating and monitoring competitor database, actively using Power BI for regular updates, Microsoft Excel.

• Analysis of IDS market segments per market/product news on the market.

• Ownership of competition excellence knowledge for the team & distributor partners.

• Creating leads through SFDC campaigns including lead qualification and follow-up.

• Organization & Coordination of distributor learning conference and local (CEE) events

• Independent creation of local advertising material, such as flyers, brochures, price lists and product catalogs, in coordination with the product management team, respecting the corporate identity.

• Monitoring of promotion expenses.

• Ensuring compliance of all events and their documentation and use of Interactions Hub as per BD policies.

• Working closely with sales, application/clinical specialists, European MarCom functions and marketing functions of other BD business units.

• Creation of online marketing campaigns for IDS solutions.

About you

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

• Very good analytical skills and paying attention to details, professional Microsoft Excel knowledge

• Industry and product knowledge would be an asset

• Strong presentation and communication skills for daily communication with distributors and end users

• Very good PC (MS Office package) skills

• Nice to have Sales force knowledge

• Experience with graphic materials creation/preparation
