Job Description
Product Line Management
- Assume responsibility for the management of the B27, Cytognos, quality control products, and RUO (Research Use Only) product lines, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.
- Achieve a targeted revenue of $8.2M for FY25 by effectively overseeing product development, marketing, and sales strategies for these product lines.
Market Shaping and Promotion
- Develop and execute market shaping and promotion strategies for immunity physical examination applications, with a focus on immunity age and mandatory spinal arthritis (Ankylosing Spondylitis) screening.
- Identify and penetrate new application areas such as consumer healthcare and new recruit physical examination to expand market reach and increase product adoption.
New Product Promotion and Listing
- Lead the promotion and listing efforts for new products of dry powder reagents within the cell therapy industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including market research, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
- Assist BDB in shaping the market for its full product line in the cell therapy field, contributing to brand recognition and market leadership.
Cytognos Application Promotion
- Promote the application of Cytognos products in CRO (Contract Research Organization) and pharmaceutical companies, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
- Shape the NGF (Nerve Growth Factor) concept within these industries, driving awareness and understanding of its significance in research and development.
Market Recovery and Product Transformation
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote and assist in the recovery of BDB's full product line instruments and reagents in pharmaceutical companies and CRO companies.
- Identify opportunities for the transformation of companion diagnostic products, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure alignment of product strategies with overall business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and insights to drive successful outcomes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously seek ways to improve product management processes, enhance product quality, and drive innovation within the product lines.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future product development and enhancement efforts.
