About The Role
The Manager, Human Capital will be responsible for providing support on talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, payroll, learning & development, performance management and culture transformation programs.
You will also be required to provide HR consultancy services to the business leaders/employees on matters relating to employment law, labour regulations, company policies, practices and procedures, including salary and bonus reviews.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Partner with Business Leaders to understand business needs, develop strategies and implement initiatives to drive results
• Support hiring managers with recruitment efforts, ensuring efficient process is followed and providing guidance as needed
• Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees on people-related issues such as workplace conflicts, performance concerns and other personnel matters
• Collaborate with the regional Talent Acquisition Team to execute end-to-end recruitment processes for open roles within SEA/Singapore region
• Develop and manage relationships with internal clients, external vendors and agencies, and third party service providers.
• Manage, administer and communicate HR related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for new hires, and provide information regarding various programs and resources available to them.
• Support various projects and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, training, engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture transformation programs.
• Work closely with regional and global counterparts to align goals, objectives, policies, and practices.
• Actively participate in Regional/Global HR Community of Practice calls, meetings, and events.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a multi-national organization.
• Experience working in an HR Generalist role.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations and labor relations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to influence others through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
