Areas of responsibilities:
In this role, the person will be responsible for coordinating the Professional Educational and Marketing activities in Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic.
Coordination of education events with general supervision
•Grant requests, tracking
•Communication with HCPs being aware of Medtech compliance – invitations,
travelling arrangements
•Administration of sponsorships
• Event logistics – hotels, service providers, materials, booth planning & prep
• Invoice management
• Budget management
• Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team
Marketing materials management with general supervision
•Ordering, ensuring translation
•Contracts management with general supervision
• Liaison with legal & compliance departments to ensure legislative and compliance requirements are met
• Internal meetings coordination with general supervision
Your Profile
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Proven previous experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and
achieve objectives
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools
• Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental
Health & Safety rules)
•Fluency in German and English written and spoken (French advantage)
