Job Responsibilities:

• Creating applications and test cases in support of eDHR (Electronic Device History Records).

• Writing test protocols, running tests, collecting/sorting/analyzing data, and writing final reports. 

• Assist in the development of Manufacturing Processes, procedures, documentation, and fixtures

• Creating rework instructions

• Production line troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Perform process and product validation testing

• Generate Change Request packets, gather/generate documentation, coordinate/communicate with approval panel.

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience:

• 2-year technical degree OR relevant experience.

Professional Skills & Key Competencies:

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

• Ability to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings/schematics, and software documents.

• Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, JavaScript, Python, HTML, etc…)

• General understanding of business level software validation processes and requirements.

• Experience with both independent and team-based software development.

• Detail oriented with high level of problem solving and analytical skills. Position requires good logic and reasoning ability.  Ability to define problems and find logical solutions.   Must evaluate and resolve daily issues by exercising sound judgement.

• Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical and/or software systems.

• Experience with common programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)

• Familiarity with FDA regulatory requirements, GMP, ISO, lean, process validation, and six sigma methodologies.

Desired / Additional Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience with Tulip application development software.

• Experience involving machine integration with software.

• Experience with drafting/CAD/3D modeling.

• Fixture design experience.
